I am Tim Mether and I want to be your inspector! My philosophy is simple. Treat every inspection as if I were buying the property myself. My own personal experience, when I bought my first home in 2005, helped inspire me to later become a home inspector. I received a two-hour inspection on my nearly 3,600 square-foot fixer-upper, that was neither accurate nor thorough, and it cost me considerably over the next several years. I simply refuse to risk leaving a client in a similar position by cutting corners. Now, in my 10th year of business, I have performed thousands of residential inspections, as well as over a hundred commercial inspections, ranging from a 360 square foot tiny home to a 90,000 square foot manufacturing plant. 

I have lived in the Tri-Cities since 2004 and I’m raising my family here. I am also well connected in the community with numerous other businesses, which allows me to give quality contractor referrals to my clients.
