Other Surrounding Area Communities of Benton City, Prosser, Grandview, Sunnyside, Eltopia, Connell, Mesa, Wallula, Toucet, Lowden, Prescott, Waitsburg and Dayton: several small towns surround the Tri-Cities. These mostly agricultural-based communities are known for crop production and wineries. These towns have established neighborhoods with older homes as well as several new neighborhoods which have been recently built or are in the process of being built.
