Located along the northern banks of the Columbia River, Pasco has a population of over 80,000 and is a mix of mostly older neighborhoods in the eastern portion of the city and newer neighborhoods in the western portion. Landmarks of note in Pasco are Chiawana City Park, HAPO Center Venue, and historic downtown city hall and courthouse.
