I am Tim Mether and I want to be your inspector! My philosophy is simple. Treat every inspection as if I were buying the property myself. My own personal experience, when I bought my first home in 2005, helped inspire me to later become a home inspector. I received a two-hour inspection on my nearly 3,600 square-foot fixer-upper, that was neither accurate nor thorough, and it cost me considerably over the next several years. I simply refuse to risk leaving a client in a similar position by cutting corners. I have lived in the Tri-Cities now since 2004 and am raising my two young boys here. I am also a founding member of the local BNI Chapter, The Tri-Cities Business Alliance.
